Please be aware that this is a family owned and operated vacation home. Due to local zoning laws as well as liability issues we can only rent to families. Because of this please be aware of the following guidelines.
-At least 1/3 of the guests must be over 21 years of age.
-We do not rent to graduation parties or similar gatherings.
-We cannot receive multiple checks as a deposit or payment. All checks must come from the same person.
Due to allergy concerns Lakesound does not allow pets.
Lakesound does not allow smoking indoors. Ashtrays are available on the decks.
